Jessica Taylor White, Founder
Jess has worked part-time in the family business for as long as she can remember. She fell in love with wedding planning and design while she was a student at Washington and Lee University working under the Director of Special Events. Jess joined Charm City Catering full-time in 2012 after leaving a career in corporate recruiting. She also recently launched Charm City Event Design, the company’s event design and planning business. Jess enjoys working with brides to create fabulous events and loves the challenge of designing a spectacular soiree at any budget.
Brent Haynie, Executive Chef
Brent has been cooking up exceptional food in the mid-Atlantic for 15 years. After a career in the US Navy, he retired and pursed his passion for food. Brent has served as a chef in a number of venues, notably at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and in the owners’ suite at Lincoln Field (home of the Philadelphia Eagles). Today, Brent’s favorite part of the business is working with clients to create new and exciting menus. Brent also enjoys working with our school partners to create nutritious, kid-friendly cuisine that is also fun!
L. Errol Taylor, Founder Contributor
Errol has been creating unforgettable events in the Baltimore metropolitan area since 1989 when he followed his passion for food and left his career in banking to build Charm City Catering. He has worked in the catering industry for the past 44 years. He fell in love with catering in his first job as a server at at the Pimlico Hotel when he was 16. He has built a reputation of providing exceptional service to our diverse clients. Today, Errol’s favorite part of the business is the joy he is able to bring to customers after a successful event.
